MANUFACTURING PERFORMANCE MANAGER

Join Asahi as a Manufacturing Performance Manager – Drive Excellence Across Europe! 

Location: Flexible (with 3–4 days/week at site), up to 60% travel within Europe

We’re now seeking a Manufacturing Performance Manager to lead the deployment of the Asahi Way—our Lean and Continuous Improvement program—across our breweries in Europe. 

Your Impact 

As a strategic change leader and internal consultant, you will: 

• Champion and embed the Asahi Way Performance culture in sites across the region. 

• Coach site leaders, shop floor and pillar teams to drive operational excellence and eliminate loss. 

• Partner with stakeholders from shop floor to senior leadership to align lean strategies with business priorities. 

• Build capability across teams in Lean, Six Sigma, and performance improvement tools. 

• Act as a regional ambassador for innovation, collaboration, and sustainability in manufacturing excellence performance improvement program. 

What You’ll Be Responsible For 

• Leading Lean deployment plans across multiple breweries in Europe. 

• Driving packaging efficiency improvement by coaching & applying lean methodology standards 

• Supporting lean initiatives in brewing, packaging, maintenance, and utilities. 

• Collaborating with the global Asahi Way network to shape and share standards. 

• Monitoring and communicating progress through data-driven insights. 

What We’re Looking For 

• A degree in science, engineering, or manufacturing (or equivalent). 

• 10+ years’ experience in Lean Manufacturing within an international FMCG context. 

• Deep expertise in Six Sigma / Lean methodologies (Lean Master preferred). 

• A proven track record in plant operations, project management, and change leadership. 

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. 

• Strong command of English (verbal and written). 

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within Europe (up to 60%).
