We’re now seeking a Manufacturing Performance Manager to lead the deployment of the Asahi Way—our Lean and Continuous Improvement program—across our breweries in Europe.
Your Impact
As a strategic change leader and internal consultant, you will:

Champion and embed the Asahi Way Performance culture in sites across the region.

Coach site leaders, shop floor and pillar teams to drive operational excellence and eliminate loss.

Partner with stakeholders from shop floor to senior leadership to align lean strategies with business priorities.

Build capability across teams in Lean, Six Sigma, and performance improvement tools.

Act as a regional ambassador for innovation, collaboration, and sustainability in manufacturing excellence performance improvement program.
What You’ll Be Responsible For

Leading Lean deployment plans across multiple breweries in Europe.

Driving packaging efficiency improvement by coaching & applying lean methodology standards

Supporting lean initiatives in brewing, packaging, maintenance, and utilities.

Collaborating with the global Asahi Way network to shape and share standards.

Monitoring and communicating progress through data-driven insights.
What We’re Looking For
-
A degree in science, engineering, or manufacturing (or equivalent).

10+ years’ experience in Lean Manufacturing within an international FMCG context.
-
Deep expertise in Six Sigma / Lean methodologies (Lean Master preferred).

A proven track record in plant operations, project management, and change leadership.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.

Strong command of English (verbal and written).

Willingness and ability to travel extensively within Europe (up to 60%).
