Are you looking to kick-start your finance career in an international environment? We are seeking a motivated Junior AP Accountant (part-time) to join our dynamic finance team in Prague, supporting AP activities within the Polish cluster.

 

Purpose of the role:

The purpose of this role is to support the invoice processing and migration activities within the finance organization, ensuring that invoice data is accurate, complete, and correctly prepared for posting in the new system. The role contributes to a smooth transition to the new processes while supporting efficient and accurate invoice workflows.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Verify automatically assigned invoice information, including vendor data, invoice totals, dates, line items, and other key details.
  • Manually review records migrated into the new system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and flag documents that do not require posting, such as employee expenses, supporting attachments, and payment reminders.
  • Match legacy purchase orders (POs) with newly created POs in the new system.
  • Prepare and initiate invoice workflows for Requisitioners as part of the invoice posting process.
  • Support the overall quality and accuracy of invoice data during the system migration and transition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting or related
  • 0-2 years of experience in finance. 
  • Fluency in English 
  • Excel skills are required 
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week. 
  • SAP is an advantage

  • Office location: Our office is conveniently located between Jinonice and Radlická metro stations (Line B), with easy access by public transport.
  • Interview process: If you are selected for the next stage, you will be invited to one interview lasting approximately 30-45 minutes. There is only one interview round in our recruitment process.
