Main purpose of the job

Are you ready to be part of a dynamic and welcoming Change Management team, rich in diversity of experience, knowledge, and skills?

We’re looking for a Communications and Engagement Specialist to support an exciting, high-impact project initiated by our regional team. This project involves the implementation of a new ERP system—SAP S/4HANA—and will touch nearly all markets and functions across the organization.

In this role, your primary focus will be on supporting our IT team, helping to drive engagement, clear communication, and smooth transitions throughout the change journey.

More specifically, you will be trusted to:

• Help deliver and provide input on the communication activities in the Change Management plan 
• Ability to deliver engaging communications and share new innovative ideas on communication
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and tailor communication strategies accordingly 
• Coordinating and organizing engagement sessions with local markets
• Organizing and coordinating the creation of videos
• Planning and coordination of training sessions
• Managing the SharePoint information page and coordinating with market internal comms to deliver content across all markets 
• Managing the market internal communications team (alignment and tracking) providing updates and coordinating with them to ensure communications are distributed in the markets
• Managing translations for markets communications – either through internal comms teams or provider 
• Support with team presentations (simplifying and engaging) 
• Support facilitating (as/when needed)
• Able to track and report on effectiveness of communications 

Do you have what it takes?

• Comfortable partnering with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
• 3+ years of Communications experience 
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in English (native level preferrred)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong technical skills in SharePoint and PowerPoint.
• Ability to create videos (desirable)
