DATA & REPORTING COORDINATOR

Very excitingly, EMEAA has recently purchased a fantastic new production facility in Wisconsin USA, Octopi Beverages. This marks a key step forward in accelerating our growth journey and realizing our ambitions for our Global Brands, most notably Asahi Super Dry for North America.

 

Key Purpose Statement

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Data Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team. This role will play a pivotal part in managing the integrity and visibility of data used across demand and supply planning, innovation, inventory, and all other reporting processes. You will support the creation and maintenance of critical files, datasets and PowerBI dashboards used in Demand & Supply Planning, while ensuring their accuracy. You will work closely with the Demand Planners, Customer Service, Commercial, and Finance teams to deliver data-driven insights and improvements.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Updating Market DRM Files:

  • Update DRM files pre-DRM catch-ups and after month-end in a timely manner
  • Update with invoicing and open orders
  • Add new SKUs (update master data & add into DRM SKU list)
  • Action pricing changes and coordinate with finance to update NPR/HL and GM/HL
  • Repeat on monthly basis, capturing LM information for Month-on-Month comparison

 

Collate and Review Submitted Numbers into DRM Base post-DRMs:

  • Update DRM base file (DRM 2025, LM, 2026, R&Os) with information from individual market DRM files
  • Check numbers and formulas pull through correctly and refresh pivot tables
  • Update SKU master and BP master tabs

 

 

SKU Activity and Innovation Data governance:

  • Maintain and track SKU changes and new product launch (PIRs) data in the DRM and supply planning process
  • Ensure PIR volumes and timings are accurately reflected in planning files
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies in innovation data with Planning and Commercial teams

 

Data Capture and Organisation:

  • Manage the storage, organisation, and timely refresh of input datasets from both internal systems and external sources
  • Expand data coverage to enhance visibility and support deeper insights for the planning team
  • Generate and analyse ad hoc reports using SAP queries to support operational and strategic decision-making

 

Update Power BI Reports:

  • Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards, including:
    • Daily Sales report (DRM info Monthly)
    • KPI dashboard Monthly (Forecast Accuracy, Lead Time, etc.)
    • Supply Planning & Inventory
    • PIR Overview
  • Ensure all reports are refreshed in line with cycle timelines and reflect latest available data

 

Update Presentations for DRM and SRM:

  • Use information from the DRM Base and PowerBI to update slides, tables, and graphs of DRM & SRM presentation decks

 

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the demand planning team
  • Highlight any issues with master data and reporting
  • Collaborate with International Supply Chain Analysts and Commercial Teams to influence operational behaviours of customers to optimize joint supply chain practices (e.g., order management, forecasting)

 

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of monthly and quarterly demand planning meetings
  • Support the development and implementation of demand and supply planning processes and tools
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of demand planning activities
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing communications
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy across End-to-End supply chain processes

 

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in Power BI and SAP essential
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Prior experience in demand planning or supply chain management is a plus
