FINANCE ANALYST

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Finance Analyst to support our ISC Finance team across the AEI region. You will deliver insightful reporting, support forecasting and budgeting cycles, and help drive performance through strong financial analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis & Reporting: Deliver monthly reporting with clear insights on performance, risks, and opportunities. Review ISC country submissions and prepare initial hub reports and commentary. Maintain reporting templates and support responses to market requests.
- Transfer Pricing: Review country Transfer Price submissions and draft hub-level TP reporting.
- Business Partnering & Budgeting: Support MTP, Forecasts, and Budget+2 processes. Analyse performance at country and regional levels. Assist in ISC hub fixed cost management.
- Benchmarking & Projects: Develop and maintain benchmarking models to identify efficiencies. Produce regular benchmarking insights and support wider finance projects.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in finance, reporting or related.
- FMCG experience is required
- Qualified or part‑qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with solid financial and modelling experience.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Positive, proactive, and able to work across multiple countries.
- English essential; another language is a plus.
Nice to have:
- HFM Reporting tool is an advantage.
- SAP Controlling is an advantage.
