About the role
Join our global marketing team for Czech beer brands in Prague and contribute to the growth of Pilsner Urquell and other authentic Czech beers across 40+ markets worldwide.
We are looking for a curious and motivated Junior Global Brand Manager who will support brand strategy, creative development, and campaign execution in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with teams across media, trade, innovation, and insights to help bring our brands to life at every consumer touchpoint — from global campaigns to local activations. It’s an exciting opportunity to shape the future of one of the world’s most respected beer categories while developing your marketing career in a truly international setting.
In this role, you will:
* Support the development of strategic brand plans and initiatives that contribute to long-term growth and commercial success.
* Build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and consistency across markets.
* Assist in the creation and maintenance of global brand toolkits to drive effective activation.
* Contribute to Integrated Activity Plans (IAPs) with partner markets and support the delivery of marketing communication assets (ATL, BTL, PR, events, sponsorships).
* Work with the Insights team to analyze brand performance, consumer behavior, and market trends, supporting decision-making with clear data.
* Help manage timelines, budgets, and project delivery in collaboration with agencies and local teams.
We are looking for someone who has:
* University degree (in marketing, business, economics, or related field).
* Minimum 3 years of professional experience, ideally in FMCG, marketing, or brand management.
* International experience is an advantage.
* Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
* Commercial mindset, results orientation, and passion for brand growth.
* Understanding of marketing fundamentals, including brand positioning and campaign development.
* Analytical skills and the ability to interpret consumer and market data.
* Project management skills with attention to detail, organization, and the ability to deliver on time.
