Position Overview & Purpose:
Support the HUB Senior HR Business Partner in implementing all HR processes, procedures and tools in theallocated function while establishing business partnership between HR department and employees and line managers. Develop and deliver regular reports and dashboards to HRBP community, analysing and highlighting trends, patterns and key performance indicators related to HR metrics – to be used by HRBPs. Bring meaning to the data with narrative, insights and observations.
What you will deliver (Key Deliverables & Responsibilities):
- Support Sr. HR Business Partner in all HR related processes for ABS (Asahi Business Services): recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent management, learning & development plan, salary review, conducts exit interviews working in close collaboration with CoEs (TA, Talent and Development, C&B)
- Coordinates onboarding of new ABS employees in partnership with ABS management team.
- Support the SR. HR Business Partner for ABS to drive talent agenda, specifically: organization staffing, employee moves, succession pipelines for critical roles, ABS competency, career paths, identification of key talents.
- Constantly monitor ABS retention and proactively proposes solutions to boost employee retention by working in close coordination the with Sr. HRBP.
- Support the implementation of initiatives aimed at creating and sustaining a ABS culture and image and drive employee motivation and engagement.
- Build influential relationships with the ABS managers based on respect and trust, in order to partner effectively, and provide support on a range of people related situations (e.g. JDs, usage of Success factors, documentation)
- Create and maintain HR reports and dashboards using HR systems (e.g., headcount, turnover, hiring, internal moves, talent and performance data), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and on-time delivery.
- Track and measure key HR KPIs (e.g. attrition, time-to-fill, diversity, engagement metrics, talent KPIs), providing regular summaries and basic insights to HUB HRBPs.
- Partner with HR COEs and HOPS key admins to gather the right data, align on definitions, and build/adapt standard reports required by HRBP
- Ensure data quality and compliance by regularly checking HR data for completeness and accuracy, flagging issues, and coordinating with HOPS key admins to correct and improve data.
- Support Sr. HRBP across HUB in other projects/ initiatives as per request.
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
- University degree
- <2 years of professional experience in HR
- Basic orientation in all HR processes
- Basic knowledge of labour law rules & practices
- Fluency in English
