Are you passionate about commercial law and contract management? Do you thrive in an international environment where your legal expertise directly supports strategic procurement decisions? We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative Procurement Legal Specialist to join our Legal team in Prague and support the legal aspects of Procurement operations across multiple markets.
This is a fixed-term position (approx. 1 year) to cover maternity/parental leave, offering a great opportunity to gain international experience within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

About the Role
As a Procurement Legal Specialist, you will provide day-to-day legal support to our above-market Procurement team and collaborate closely with the Procurement Legal Manager. You'll work on a wide variety of purchasing agreements and projects, ensuring legal compliance and efficient contract management for Procurement activities across the Asahi Europe & International markets.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful, high-value Procurement deals across a diverse portfolio while working in a legal function that is evolving into a strategic business partner.

What You’ll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate purchasing contracts for goods and services.
• Provide legal support for Procurement-related projects and initiatives.
• Assist with contract template development and harmonization.
• Support internal training on contracting processes and legal topics.
• Help resolve disputes and manage cooperation with external legal advisors.
• Monitor relevant regulatory updates and contribute to legal risk management.
• Promote continuous improvement in the Procurement contracting process.
• Collaborate on big legal projects.

What We’re Looking For

• Law degree from a Czech university.
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience, ideally with a focus on commercial contracts.
• Experience with English law contracts is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and business proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Pragmatic mindset with attention to detail and a focus on outcomes.
• Strong legal reasoning and an interest in contributing to strategic projects.
