Marketing Automation Lead - CGO

Asahi Live is the first cross-market commercial European project and has been successfully implemented in 8 markets. Asahi Live is a new way of engaging our customers with self-service capabilities. The relationship between our customers and our salesforce will evolve to drive new business opportunities. AEI aims to achieve several strategic objectives through the implementation of Asahi Live: 

1. Building Stronger/Meaningful and Long term Connections: By fostering direct connections with point of sales and wholesalers 

2. Driving Revenue Growth: Leveraging the portal to increase sales and expand potential future revenue streams 

3. Improving Cost-to-Serve: Enhancing efficiency and reducing operational costs. 

4. Empowering Salesforce: Providing tools, resources and competencies to empower the salesforce for better performance. 

 

Position Overview & Purpose:

 

The Marketing Automation Lead is in charge to drive business results together with the local markets thanks to a continuous improvement of key capabilities within a multi-country harmonized B2B portal ecosystem.  

This role will be within a central team overseeing B2B portal development and will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.  

The successful candidate will manage directly core engagement capabilities such as Marketing Automation to drive business results and Customer Feedback (NPS) to collect customers’ needs to guide future evolution. 

 

What you will deliver (Key Deliverables & Responsibilities):

 

Marketing Automation Management 

 

Own and manage the marketing automation capability, executed through the customer insight tool, ensuring a harmonized yet flexible solution for all participating countries to drive revenue/sales and customer retention. 

The profile will have to: 

  • Design, build, and deploy multi-channel customer journeys (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messages, etc.) within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Journeys). 

  • Configure real-time and scheduled triggers based on customer behaviours, segments, and lifecycle stages 

  • Collaborate with local market marketing, sales, and data teams to define journey objectives, audience criteria, and success metrics (impact on sales). 

  • Use Customer Insights – Data to analyse audience segments, unify profiles, and identify opportunities for personalization 

  • Set up notification templates, including dynamic content, personalization tokens, and A/B testing. 

  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights  

  • Continuously test and optimize journeys to improve engagement and conversion metrics 

 

Customer Feedback  

 

  • Manage the NPS (Net Promoter Score) capability across all countries to enable consistent collection of customer satisfaction feedback with harmonized parameters  

  • Collaborate with local teams to analyse results and identify actionable insights. 

  • Recommend new or improved capabilities on NPS data and customer feedback trend to be added to Asahi live road map 

 

Experience & Qualification Requirements: 

 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field. 

  • 3–5 years of experience in capability development, digital transformation, or product/service design, preferably in a B2B environment. 

  • Experience working in an international context with cross-functional teams. 

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities. 

  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus (preferably CZ).  

  • Analytical mindset 

  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working with product owners and development teams. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Journeys) and customer feedback platforms 

  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, marketing automation, and CRM data structures (Dataverse Tables) 

  • Experience in creating multi-step, event-triggered customer journeys. 

  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices and notification channel configuration.
