Your Role: Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement Lead

We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to lead Operational Excellence (OPEX) and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives within #digital. This role plays a critical part in enhancing operational efficiency, service delivery, and business value through process optimization and strategic improvement programs.

You will shape and lead our OPEX strategy across digital operations, collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service partners, and foster a strong culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the Operational Excellence strategy aligned with #Digital’s business goals.
  • Lead and govern OPEX initiatives and frameworks across operations and delivery teams, including Agile WoW and 4D SCRUM adoption.
  • Analyze and optimize current operational processes using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and other CI frameworks.
  • Build and manage a community of practice (CoP) focused on CI, fostering cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Train and mentor teams across AEI to embed a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Monitor performance and track KPIs to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure delivery of measurable business value.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and implement quality assurance best practices.
  • Provide leadership to internal and external teams, nurturing talent and driving accountability across OPEX programs.

 


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or related field.
  • 10–15+ years of experience in IT, project management, and continuous improvement within complex, global environments.
  • Proven success in driving transformation and process excellence in outsourced and matrixed organizations.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.
  • Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
