Join Our Dynamic Team as a SAP Implementation Super User in Prague!

Purpose of the role:

We are seeking a SAP Implementation Super User to play a key role supporting OTC team across the AEI region during our SAP implementation. This role focuses on training and user acceptance testing, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Planning, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to drive end-to-end process adoption while promoting effective communication and fostering a culture of operational excellence.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our digital transformation and make a tangible impact across regional finance and operational functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with ABS market managers and project teams to streamline and simplify SAP implementation, ensuring progress aligns with project plans and deliverables.
  • Ensure business users are properly trained and the system is thoroughly tested during implementation.
  • Integrate finance requirements into projects, proactively identifying and resolving challenges.
  • Foster collaboration with automation teams, IT experts, and finance business partners to define project requirements and align them with delivery goals.
  • Support documentation and governance of project phases, including approval and communication of changes to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the review and enhancement of finance-related SOPs to reflect updated workflows, controls, and reporting requirements under SAP S/4HANA.

 

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in end-to-end OTC, finance processes, including transformation, governance, and systems; FMCG/manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Skills: Fluent in English; other AEI languages are a plus. Strong SAP skills required; SAP S/4HANA, Signavio, and process/document mapping tools advantageous.
  • Other: Experience leading process implementation or harmonization, working in Finance GBS functions, and collaborating with regional/matrix teams. Strong stakeholder management skills a plus.

ABS encompass a broad range of financial activities designed to support businesses in their day-to-day financial operations, long-term planning, and compliance with regulations. These services are crucial for maintaining financial health, making informed decisions, and achieving the overall financial objectives of the organization. The key outputs of ABS are to provide accounting services including the summarizing and reporting of financial transactions of a business, preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
