Functional Overview

To deliver more creative, efficient and cost-effective solutions, we are building an in-house agency (IHA) to support our Global Asahi brands and local market activities. As part of this journey, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Client Partner to support multiple markets and global brands.

You will work closely with creative, social and digital teams to deliver best-in-class marketing solutions. While our primary focus over the first two years is excellence in social and digital, the IHA has an ambitious four-year growth plan, expanding both its remit and capabilities. You will play a key role in shaping that future.

This role offers the best of both worlds: the energy, collaboration and creative ambition of an agency environment, combined with the focus, ownership and brand proximity that comes with being in-house.

As the Senior Client Partner, you will be the main point of contact between markets, brand teams and the in-house agency. You will oversee a team of account managers across multiple markets, ensuring end-to-end delivery of campaigns that are on time, on budget and delivered to a high creative standard.

You have a proven track record of delivering against KPIs while continuously improving how teams work together.

Given the global nature of the role, you will be responsible for bringing people together across markets, building strong relationships and ensuring expectations are met at senior levels of the business.

Accountabilities & Deliverables

  • Lead key accounts, brands and markets, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and to high creative standards
  • Build strong relationships with market brand teams, external agencies and third-party partners
  • Manage team financials including COVI, ROI, KPIs and capacity, with quarterly reporting
  • Track project timelines and capacity, proactively flagging risks or additional support needs
  • Lead end-to-end campaign delivery aligned to brand strategy and business objectives
  • Develop and confidently present creative, social and digital plans to brand and marketing teams
  • Partner with markets to define quarterly scopes, SLAs, team structures and deliverables
  • Drive operational efficiencies, cost savings and process improvements
  • Champion IHA processes including reporting, post-project reviews and feedback loops
  • Lead, motivate and mentor a global team, fostering a positive, hands-on and high-performance culture

 


 

Qualification Criteria

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in an agency or brand/marketing role
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a leadership role
  • Experience working across global and local markets
  • FMCG experience is advantageous
