Your Role
As a Sustainability Reporting Specialist, you will lead and coordinate our non-financial (ESG) reporting processes to ensure compliance with CSRD, ESRS, and TCFD standards.
You will collect, analyse, and interpret data from multiple markets, work closely with local sustainability managers and external partners, and contribute to shaping our sustainability reporting framework.

 

Key Responsibilities
•    Lead ESG reporting processes in full compliance with CSRD, ESRS and TCFD standards.
•    Coordinate with local sustainability managers across our European markets to collect and validate data.
•    Collaborate with external consultants and auditors to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting.
•    Prepare the company’s consolidated sustainability report in cooperation with our communications team and design partners.
•    Support and coordinate preparation for ESG rating platforms such as EcoVadis and other relevant assessments.
•    Maintain clear documentation and improve procedures for data collection and reporting.
•    Provide input into Scope 3 carbon footprint calculations, S-EBITA and other impact assessments.
•    Analyse sustainability data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
•    Monitor ESG trends and regulatory developments and propose relevant actions for the business.

 

About You
•    University degree in economics, finance, business, social sciences, environmental studies or a related field.
•    At least 2 years of experience in sustainability, ESG reporting, CSR , or sustainability consulting.
•    Strong interest in ESG topics and proactive tracking of trends and new developments in sustainability.
•    Experience with non-financial reporting and knowledge of relevant legislation (e.g. CSRD, TCFD, GRI) is an advantage.
•    Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets.
•    Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into clear outputs.
•    Organisational and project management skills with attention to detail.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
•    Proactive, results-oriented, willing to learn and grow, adaptable, and a strong team player.
