Talent Acquisition Specialist

 

Position Overview & Purpose: 

 

Effective Talent & Development significantly influences a company's performance by aligning its workforce with the requirements of strategic goals and priorities. AEI's Talent & Development Centre of Excellence (CofE) aims to drive best-in-class talent management practices. The goal is to ensure that we attract and hire the right people, equip them with the necessary knowledge and skills for their current roles, and help them to acquire new skills for future roles (for succession) and business priorities. To achieve this, it requires optimising Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) and our people strategy, tracking monitoring for progress on people-related priorities, and continuously improving our practice through data analytics. Best practice Talent & Development also involves recognising and enabling high performance and creating a positive employee experience.

 

What you will deliver (Key Deliverables & Responsibilities):

 

Talent Acquisition

  • Supporting the TABP’s in ad-hoc recruitment administration (e.g. HOPS, (SAP Success Factors) recruitment process, registration of new vendors / search partners, etc.) 
  • Managing the psychometric assessment process – managing the relationships with the providers, organizing assessments and feedback meetings, managing the documents including the retention governance process.
  • Resourcing support for TABPs – posting and managing applications on job boards.
  • Accountable for early careers attraction and selection
  • Maintenance of Talent Acquisition SharePoint.
  • Event Management – manage and co-ordinate attendance at careers fairs/industry events collaborating with TABPs on annual calendar.
  • Support Regional TA Manager with ad hoc projects as required. 

 

Reporting and Governance

  • Governance, tracking and reporting of the Recruitment Budget
  • Project lead for HOPS (SAP Success Factors) recruitment systems implementations and ongoing management, including Recruitment Data Lake and Digital Recruiter.
  • Preparing recruitment reports as requested.

 

Onboarding and Induction

  • Co-ordinates and conducts HUB induction training (online)
  • Manages specific onboarding experiences for ACEES e.g., The Beer Ambassador & Trade Visits.
  • Manage the HUB onboarding calendar.
  • Conducts HUB onboarding survey and analysis

 

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

 

  • Experience of working in a matrix & international environment, preferably in FMCG/Blue Chip (desirable).
  • Strong Verbal & written proficiency
  • Proven experience of working within an HR team, preferably within a Talent function.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment. 
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills. 
  • Extensive computer literacy – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. 
  • Experience using HR, LMS and Recruitment systems, e.g. SAP Success Factors. 
  • Preferably experience using data analytics & insights tools, e.g. Power BI.  
  • Experience using various communications tools, e.g. MS Teams. 
  • Experience dealing with a variety of different stakeholders, including wider HR teams, other functional teams, and senior stakeholders.
