We’re looking for a cool-headed Customer Service Executive who thrives in the buzz of a small, close-knit call centre.

This isn’t a script-reading, box-ticking kind of job. It’s for someone who listens, thinks on their feet, and isn’t afraid to colour outside the lines when it comes to solving problems. You’ll be the first port of call for customers placing orders, asking questions, or occasionally venting their frustrations and you’ll handle each interaction with a blend of empathy, efficiency, and good old-fashioned common sense.

You’ll need to be as comfortable juggling calls, emails and orders as you are tuning out the background banter to focus on the customer in front of you (metaphorically speaking. We love a self-starter, someone who doesn’t need their hand held, but knows when to ask a smart question. If you can learn fast, stay calm under pressure, and spot an opportunity for a cheeky upsell without sounding like a robot, you’ll fit right in.
