Customer Care Executive – 6 Month FTC
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our supply chain operations, supporting our Customer Care Managers to make sure every order runs seamlessly — from processing beer deliveries to resolving customer queries. You’ll be the friendly voice (and inbox!) that ensures our customers get the support they need quickly and professionally.
What you’ll be doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers, handling calls and emails with professionalism and care.
- Managing multiple inboxes — from setting up new customer accounts to processing returns, credit queries, and ullage claims.
- Making sure all orders and invoices are accurate, resolving any credit queries in collaboration with our Credit Control team.
- Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues across sales, logistics, planning, and finance to ensure smooth deliveries.
- Supporting the collection of empty kegs from customer depots to our 3PL warehouse.
- Using our ERP system (SAP preferred) to manage the order process from start to finish.
- Helping us hit our service targets by keeping orders On Time and In Full.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in customer or supplier relationship management.
- A background in a high-volume, process-driven environment.
- ERP system knowledge (SAP a bonus!) and good Excel skills.
- Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- Ideally, experience in FMCG or supply chain logistics.
