Are you looking to kick-start your finance career in an international environment? We are seeking a motivated Junior R2R Accountant (part-time) to join our dynamic finance team in Prague, supporting GL activities within the Romanian cluster.

 

Purpose of the role:

The purpose of this role is to support the migration of financial data from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, with a particular focus on General Ledger and Fixed Assets. The role helps ensure that migrated data is complete, accurate, and aligned with defined accounting standards, while supporting reconciliation and resolving migration-related discrepancies.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the validation of the completeness and accuracy of migrated General Ledger and Fixed Asset data, including reconciliation between the FA Ledger and FI Ledger.
  • Manually create and maintain Fixed Asset master data in SAP S/4HANA where records cannot be migrated automatically.
  • Perform manual posting and reconciliation activities related to migrated financial transactions.
  • Identify and investigate data discrepancies or migration issues and escalate them to senior team members when required.
  • Ensure all activities are performed in line with defined processes, accounting standards, and internal procedures.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting or related
  • 0-2 years of experience in finance. 
  • Fluency in English 
  • Excel skills are required 
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week. 
  • SAP is an advantage

  • Office location: Our office is conveniently located between Jinonice and Radlická metro stations (Line B), with easy access by public transport.
