Production Planner

About the position:

The purpose of this role is to maintain the production planning and scheduling process of the company. Ensuring semi-finished product availability for packaging and finished product availability for sales and distribution through resource-, and cost-effective production plans.

What will be your responsibilities:

• Lead short term operational planning cycle
• Preparing daily and weekly production plans and analyzing manufacturing plans
• Controls short-term planning and scheduling for packaging lines
• Analyze potential impact of production schedule changes
• Analyze and understand the impact of demand changes on the whole daily scheduling process
• Understand and articulate relevant trade-offs and communicate outcome to stakeholders

• Controls plant inventory level and ensures stocks meet the standards
• Support new product development process
• Achieves the lowest effective supply chain costs where possible
• Supports long-term planning process
• Measures/reports production and supply related KPI's

Requirements:

• BSc or MSc degree
• Fluency in English
• Minimum 3+ years relevant experience
• Strong Excel skills (SAP and Power BI knowledge is a huge plus)
