How you will contribute to the big picture:

As part of the company’s end-to-end supply chain, you’ll ensure timely and accurate execuion of warehousing and material handling tasks entrusted to you, with the goal of maximizing internal and external customer satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for servicing the unpacking lines, loading finished goods, and maintaining up-to-date records in SAP and other warehouse systems.

 

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing team leaders, shift supervisors, and warehouse staff (30+ people) involved in storing finished goods, returnable packaging, auxiliary materials, and POS materials.
  • People management: defining and evaluating annual/quarterly bonuses, performance reviews, and continuous employee development.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards, participating in audits, maintaining warehouse order, and keeping process documentation up to date.
  • Guaranteeing proper storage and handling of inventory.
  • Annual budget planning and semi-annual revisions; invoice control.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly operational reports and KPIs.
  • Close collaboration with related departments.
  • Managing contracts, tenders, and subcontractors.
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

 

Requirements:

  • Higher education, preferably in a relevant field (university or college degree).
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in logistics/warehousing.
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Confident use of MS Office.
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage.
