Role Overview:
Responsible for developing the business in alternative locations such as HoReCa, fast food, food courts in shopping malls, combo package deliveries, office areas, and any other opportunities that arise. The role focuses on promoting and selling premium plus products, imported products, non-alcoholic beverages, and flavored beers. Additionally, responsible for managing allocated budgets to support the achievement of volume and value targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Identification and activation of alternative locations within the allocated area:
  • Development of strategic partnerships with HoReCa, fast food, food court, office areas, and other similar locations;
  • Optimizing the product range and category visibility at the location level based on the specifics of the location and the trends of the target consumers/buyers, to increase the presence of the UB portfolio in line with the company’s objectives;
  • Developing TSP for increasing the visibility of the UB portfolio and documenting the necessary resource requests;
  • Coordinating the implementation to ensure it is done according to the plan.
  • Brand activation according to channel strategy with top clients:
  • Developing monthly and quarterly brand activation plans at the chain level, based on understanding the operating context and the specifics of the consumer/buyer;
  • Integrating annual plans for top clients with the national activation plan in line with the company’s strategy.
  • Customized visibility (customized branding) for Premium+ and/or NA&FNAB brands in top On-premise locations in line with brand standards in the channel:
  • Preparing, together with the Sales team, the integrated customer plan and approach on all investment components for Q+1 in order to request the negotiation mandate;
  • Monitoring the implementation of the visibility plan in accordance with execution guidelines;
  • Responsible for monitoring investment efficiency.
  • Facilitating and coordinating the process of generating insights from the allocated area and driving their translation into relevant trade and consumer activity proposals:
  • Leading and facilitating the process of identifying execution and visibility opportunities in the allocated area;
  • Leading the process through which market insights are identified and used as input into channel and brand strategy plans;
  • Proactively identifying business opportunities and basing them on studies and superior standard analyses.


Requirements:

  • Higher education, preferably in the field of administration or marketing;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, and marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry;
  • Proven experience in negotiation and relationship management;
  • Advanced level of English;
  • Driving license category B.
