Role Overview:
Support the Key Account Management team by ensuring efficient execution of promotional plans, strong operational coordination, and reliable analytical support to drive sales growth and profitability. The role acts as a key support function in commercial decision-making, combining data analysis, process management, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and Modern Trade clients.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for monitoring, analysis and preparation data for customer investment scenarios (contract budget, trade marketing budget, TPR, merchandising budget)
- Support with various standard templates, files, reports corresponding to allocated customers at each stage of collaboration (promo forms, listing files, distribution reports and others)
- Accountable for monitoring the tasks execution for the field sales force who oversee cooperation with the customer (e.g. the level of outlets, OOS incidents and others)
- Monitoring the achievement of volume and NPR budgets per selected customers, risks and opportunities.
- Responsible for negotiating orders at central warehouses level on a detailed analysis of stock
- Manage / monitor the yearly contract ToT execution / implementation (including JBP)
- Reviewing internal and external data to evaluate customer collaboration performance & opportunities.
- Prepare various analysis and data to be used in customer meetings and presentations
- Provides input related to allocated customers in internal meetings with other departments and according to internal working routines (in relation to SFAs data, promo tools, forecasting and others)
- Develop reports and analyses to support the UB management in collaboration with customers.
- Manage the provision of necessary analyses and recommendations on working with Key Accounts and relevant UB work strategies
- Administration support for UB KAM team (customer files, documents, invoices, promotional calendar)
- Input promotional activities in TPM/ TPO for allocated customers in due time, according to internal guidelines.
Requirements:
- Higher education – University Degree
- English language – medium level (written & spoken)
- PC Knowledge: MS-Office: Excel, Word, Power Point, Internet Explorer, various sales – related systems (SQL Jumbo, SFAs, and others)
- Minimum 1 year experience in the field of commercial/customer service
- In-depth understanding of essential/ relevant Modern Trade networks & FMCG industry
