Role Overview:
Contributes to the development of the MT channel strategy with input in the area of managed brands and ensuring its implementation, resource planning and annual budget building; develops specific channel programs, monitors and evaluates them in order to deliver the channel objectives within a 1 year horizon.

Responsibilities:

Build the performance analysis part of the brands you manage by documenting the start-stop-continue, opportunity prioritization matrix in order to support the 1-year goals and strategic tasks of the channel strategy:

  • Transform channel/brand/competitor information into insights;
  • Evaluate implemented activities and analyse market data (Nielsen, various research, Jumbo, sell-out data) in order to set program objectives;
  • Participate in brand IAP sessions;
  • Ensure IAP activities are passed through MSE and presented in Cycle Plan Meeting;
  • Analyses data related to current level of investments in order to build BTL budget according to managed brands;
  • Allocate resources following budget approval.

Develop specific programs and activities for MT customers for the brands in the Ursus Breweries portfolio in order to achieve profitability and market objectives:

  • Based on the Annual Action Plan resulting from the IAP develop activities related to the managed brands that support their objectives;
  • Following performance analysis at channel level, propose new activities that deliver the expected results;
  • Work with KAM-iii in the development of customer specific projects that respond to their specific needs;
  • Participate as representative of the Trade Marketing team in multi-functional projects;
  • Send briefs to creative agencies (BTL) and do project management of projects resulting in activity developments (trade, consumer, POSMs, etc);
  • Provides feedback and approves layouts, visuals, concepts, concepts, slogans, mechanics, awards, consumables, casting promoters within the projects he/she manages;
  • Send the presentations of the activities he/she manages to the KAMs respectively field sales force to be used in their implementation;
  • Coordinates the implementation of activities in order to achieve the set objectives;
  • Evaluates and presents the results of the developed activities;
  • Annually brief the POSM Development Manager in order to develop specific POSMs for the managed brands;
  • Participates in Cycle Planning meetings.

Proposes and reports on budget management in order to deliver Ursus Breweries' profitability targets in the area of managed brands:

  • On a quarterly basis, prepares the DME and free beer consumer budget review/rephasing for the brands managed based on performance, which is submitted to the Senior Trade Marketing Manager for approval;
  • Manage BTL and free beer consumer budgets related to activities;
  • Ensure budget execution in accordance with all company policies and procedures.

Work effectively with internal and external interfaces to deliver mutually beneficial solutions:

  • Works with the KAM, Sr. KAM, KAE team collaborating and providing them with all the necessary information to develop & implement programs and activities;
  • Work with the Marketing team on projects initiated by them to ensure trade related input;
  • Collect regional sales input to develop projects that address retailers' regional issues;
  • Work with the Finance department to evaluate trade activities and build business cases involving company investments;
  • Actively contribute to building retailers' perception of trusted partner.

Requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • Experience in sales, trade marketing and/or marketing minimum 3 years;
  • Fluent in English;
  • PC operating knowledge: Microsoft Office.
