Role Overview

The Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) plays a pivotal role in aligning the people strategy with business objectives. Acting as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, the Sr. HRBP drives talent and organizational priorities to ensure a future-ready workforce and a high-performance culture. This role partners closely with Functional Leads and senior stakeholders to translate AEI’s talent agenda into impactful local execution.

Key Responsibilities

Future-Ready Organization

• Enable strategic workforce planning and organizational design to support evolving business needs.
• Coordinate end-to-end talent processes, including talent reviews, succession planning, and mobility for key roles.
• Partner with leaders and CoEs to address capability gaps and prepare the organization for future challenges.

Business Partnership & Advisory

• Conduct regular business reviews and provide data-driven HR insights.
• Support cultural transformation and change initiatives in line with business strategy.
• Coach leaders on employee development, retention, and organizational effectiveness.

People Processes

• Partner with managers to ensure high-quality and diverse talent acquisition.
• Support performance management processes and facilitate calibration discussions.
• Collaborate with CoEs to embed best practices in leadership development, rewards, and engagement.

Culture, Employee Experience & DE&I

• Lead local implementation of employee experience, well-being, and DE&I strategies.
• Advise on employee relations matters and engagement initiatives.
• Actively contribute to the HRBP community and continuous improvement efforts.

Skills & Experience Required

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on business partnering and talent management.
• Strong business acumen and ability to work across functions and levels.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and lead through change.
• Intermediate proficiency in workforce planning, data analytics, and employment legislation.
• Advanced capability in building employee experience, enabling leadership, and acting as a trusted advisor.
