Role Overview:

The HR Business Partner acts as a strategic partner and coach to managers, driving the implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes such as performance management, career development, and employee relations. The role provides guidance on HR policies and best practices, ensures integrated HR support and compliance with labor legislation, and leverages HR data and insights to support business decisions, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

 

Responsibilities:

HR Partnership:

  • Act as a first point of contact for managers and employees, offering guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support business leaders in understanding and implementing HR policies and processes.
  • Talent Management & Development:
  • Assist in talent management processes, including performance evaluations, succession planning, and development plans.
  • Identify learning and development needs and support the L&D team in the execution of training initiatives.

Recruitment Support:

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment processes (vacancies management and alignment with managers along the process).
  • Provide input on role requirements and participate in workforce planning discussions.

Employee Relations:

  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues, helping resolve conflicts and ensuring alignment with company values and legal requirements.
  • Support grievance and disciplinary processes where needed.

Data & Reporting:

  • Maintain and analyse HR metrics, providing reports and insights to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Ensure HR systems are up-to-date and accurate

HR Projects:

  • Participate in or lead small HR projects related to engagement, culture, and process improvements.
  • Support change management initiatives across the organization.

Compliance & Policies:

  • Ensure all HR activities comply with local labor legislation and company policies.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
  • English proficiency: at least intermediate level.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, matrix, or multinational environment is an advantage.
  • Working experience in a factory, relating with both blue-collars and white collars – is an advantage
  • Good understanding of HR functions, employment law, and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in using HRIS systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). A real advantage - SAP Success Factors
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
