AREA MANAGER ON PREMISE CHANNEL – SICAB (Sicilia, Calabria, Basilicata)
🍺 What You’ll Be Doing
We are looking for someone who wants to start a professional journey with us in the role of Area Manager - On Premise Channel (Ho.re.ca) for Sicily, Calabria and Basilicata.
You will join our Sales team with the goal of ensuring the achievement of company targets in terms of volume, revenue, and profitability, fully aligned with the agreed commercial strategies and by effectively managing the P&L of your area. You will play a key role in strengthening our presence in the Horeca channel, developing the team, and driving strong execution across the territory.
✅ Your Activities Will Include
- Contribute to the development of channel strategies by defining and planning the activities to be executed in the territory
- Coordinate the team in daily operations, ensuring alignment with commercial strategies, proper financial control, and strong customer coverage within the assigned area
- Define development and succession plans for your team
- Manage the assigned BTL (Below To Line) budget, ensuring efficient allocation in the best interest of the company and its customers
- Provide continuous field coaching and support to the sales structure
- Plan and review sales activities, setting objectives, priorities, and resource allocation for the team
- Lead the short‑ and mid‑term sales forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business expectations
- Plan and execute the Area Customer Plan, ensuring strong collaboration with cross- functional team
👀 Who We’re Looking For
- You hold a University Degree, preferably in Economics
- You at least 5 years of experience in FMCG companies, the Ho.Re.Ca. channel is a plus
- You have excellent digital skills, especially in Excel and data‑presentation tools
- You demonstrate strong problem‑solving abilities and a mindset oriented toward innovative solutions
- You have solid people‑management capabilities
- You enjoy working in a team and collaborating with different internal departments
- You have good written and spoken English proficiency
