🍺 Your Role
We are looking for a person who wants to undertake a professional path starting from the role of Engineering Manager
The position covers all the aspects related to Engineering, sustainability and Capex implementation. Specific focus is on Capex planning, execution with an Early management approach oriented to vertical start up. The position is accountable to the competency's growth and alignment inside the engineering community of The Emeal cluster. He/she is responsible for the application of existing group standard and of capex execution according to state of art.
🧩 Your Key Responsibilities
- Ensure full application of AEI standards and define missing ones where required.
- Build, certify, and leverage technical competencies, promoting internal expertise through Community of Practices.
- Govern major projects above an agreed threshold, applying vertical start‑up and early management.
- Define and manage KPIs for Capex execution and engineering performance.
- Drive digital initiatives (e.g. SAP MII, S/4HANA, E‑Sim) and coordinate asset replacement programs.
🎯 What You’ll Bring
- You hold a University Degree in Engineering (Chemical, mechanical or electrotechnical)
- You have at least 10 years of experience in Manufacturing roles in multinational company and consulting (F&B, FMCG and/or pharma industries preferred)
- You have proven experience in manufacturing project management
- You have a good Knowledge on Sustainable development
- You have the ability to read processes end-to-end and transform them from reactive to structured and proactive.
- You have a fluent English proficiency (written and spoken)

- Gross annual base salary starting from € 67.000
