🍻What will you do?
We are looking for someone to take on the role of Head of Local and International Premium Brands.
You will be part of the Marketing Team, reporting directly to the Marketing Director, with the goal of setting the strategic direction of assigned brands and developing and executing marketing plans that drive business growth and market share. This role relies on strong consumer knowledge and business acumen to inform strategies and ensure alignment with market demands and trends.

✔️ What will your tasks be?
- Be responsible for the development of the long-term strategy of assigned brands in line with the portfolio strategy;
- Responsible for the development of the positioning, creative platform and visual identity of local brands;
- Proactively leverage all marketing levers, including pricing, channel, communication, and innovation strategies;
- Prepares annual brand plans based on the strategic plan and the brand portfolio strategy;
- Ensure constant monitoring of brands’ P&L, sell-in / sell-out and brand health;
- Be responsible for the development of brand communication in line with their positioning and creative platform in order to achieve strategic goals of brands;
- Responsible for the effective media strategy in cooperation with Media Manager and a media agency;
- Manages relationships and processes across the company in order to maximize synergic effects when executing assigned activities;
- Responsible for the budget of the assigned portfolio of brands and their profitability;
- Participates in the development of the long-term innovation strategy;
- Actively uses the consumer insight during the development of brands positioning;
- Be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
👀 Who are we looking for
- You have a Master’s Degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing or Communications. Additional specialization (MBA or Master in Marketing) is strongly preferred;
- You have at least 8 years of experience in Marketing and/or Trade Marketing roles in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies;
- You have strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights;
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build positive relationships and empower teams;
- You have demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, brand activation, and business development;
- You have ability to identify and drive innovation opportunities aligned with the company’s Vision and Mission;
- You have minimum of 5 years’ experience in leading and managing teams;
- International exposure or experience working in multicultural environments is a plus;
- You have fluent in spoken and written English;
- You have experience in engaging with senior stakeholders and managing high-level relationships.
