Maintenance Manager - Roma Plant

PLANT MAINTANCE MANAGER

🍺 What You’ll Be Doing 

We are looking for a talent who wants to undertake a professional path starting from the role of Plant Maintenance Manager for our Roma Plant. 

The person will be responsible for the Maintenance department of the Rome plant and will have the objective of maximizing the efficiency of the plant's systems and creating new maintenance standards.

🧩 Your Activities Will Include

• Coordinate maintenance activities, which are reactive, planned, preventive and predictive, relating to all production plants;
• Be responsible for achieving plant performance objectives (number of failures, MTTR, MTBF, Machine Efficiency ME and Factory Efficiency FE), through the definition and application of appropriate strategic plans and the implementation of the Asahi Way;
• Ensure the correct implementation, processing and effectiveness of the Breakdown Analysis and the related corrective actions and lessons learned;
• Participate with the other members of the plant Leadership Team in the definition of the short and medium/long term capex plan and in the characterization of the opex requirement;
• Develop specific reports for performance reporting and analysis;
• Propose and define the training needs of the maintenance team, supporting the development of skills and succession plans

  Who We’re Looking For

• Degree in Engineering (preferably mechanical, electronic, electrical engineering)
• At least 6 years of experience in the industrial sector, in similar roles, of at least 2 years.
• Excellent skills of managing priorities effectively
• Excellent problem solving skills, seeking innovative solutions
• knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Good leadership and communication skills to interface with different company departments
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English
