Senior Brand Manager Raffo 

🍻What will you do?

We are looking for someone to take on the role of Senior Brand Manager for Raffo.

You will be part of the Marketing Team with the aim to define strategy, lead 360° campaigns, drive consumer engagement, and accelerate growth to strengthen Raffo’s ranking as #3 in the Birra Peroni portfolio. You report to the Head of Local and International Premium Brands and coach one Junior Brand Manager within a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

✔️ What will your tasks be?

  • Develop and execute a long-term brand strategy and positioning framework that delivers sustainable share growth;
  • Lead the 360° marketing plan: ATL, BTL, digital, social media, influencer partnerships, events, PR, and sponsorships;
  • Drive new product development: from ideation and concept testing to launch and post-launch evaluation;
  • Monitor brand performance through KPIs (market share, brand health, ROI, engagement metrics) and recommend corrective actions;
  • Partner with Trade Marketing to craft shopper programs and in-store experiences for On-Trade and Off-Trade;
  • Manage the brand P&L: budget allocation, forecasting, and tracking to meet financial targets.
  • Steer agency partners (creative, media, digital) and manage contracts to ensure on-brief, on-time, on-budget delivery;
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Junior Brand Manager: goal setting, coaching, performance reviews, and career development.

 

👀 Who are we looking for

  • You have a Master’s Degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing or Communications. Master in Business Administration & Marketing is preferred;
  • You have at least 6 years of experience in Marketing in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies, preferably in beverage;
  • You have strong analytical and numerical skills: comfortable with data analysis, forecasting, and business case;
  • You have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to influence cross-functional teams and external partners;
  • You have proven track record in brand strategy, portfolio architecture, and P&L management;
  • You have good people management skills and excellent project management capabilities, with experience managing multiple strategic initiatives;
  • You have creative mindset with a flair for developing original, impactful campaigns;
  • You have fluent in spoken and written English.
