KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER ON PREMISE CHANNEL – Piemonte

 

🍺 What You’ll Be Doing

We are looking for someone who wants to start a professional journey with us in the role of Key Account Manager - On Premise Channel (Ho.re.ca) for Piemonte.

You will join our Sales Team and act as a strategic partner for the On Premise channel, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with the area strategy and with our company’s ethical and reputational standards.

 

Your Activities Will Include

  • Develop the annual Customer Plan in line with strategic vision and in collaboration with Trade Marketing.
  • Analyze customer and market data, identifying insights and proposing corrective actions when needed.
  • Build accurate sales forecasts through continuous information exchange with customers.
  • Lead institutional meetings (Top-to-Top) with confidence and strong public speaking skills.
  • Prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Influence key internal functions (Trade Marketing, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service) and external decision makers.
  • Manage P&L with strong financial acumen and focus on achieving targets.
  • Oversee order management (beer, empty returns, POS materials) and conduct 360° customer analysis (sell-in, sell-out, investments).

 

👀 Who We’re Looking For

  • A University Degree, preferably in Economics.
  • Almost 3 years of experience in FMCG, with at least 2 years in Sales.
  • Fluency in English and strong digital skills (Office Suite).
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to manage complex situations.
  • Determination, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to challenge the status quo.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Experience with category associations (Consorzi) or BTL (Below to the line) agencies is a plus.
