Junior Supply Chain Planner

About the Position:

The purpose of this role is to learn and gain practical experience across the four key areas of Supply Planning: Production Planning, Inventory Planning, Material Planning, and New Product Development (NPD). The Junior Planner will have the opportunity to learn and develop expertise in each of these planning disciplines while supporting day-to-day operations and gaining a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes. This role serves as a foundation for future growth within the Supply Planning organization.

 What will be your responsibilities:

• Take ownership of planning support activities, including reporting, data maintenance, KPI monitoring, and process coordination.
•  Work closely with planners to support day-to-day supply chain operations and business decision-making.
• Learn and gain practical experience across all key Supply Planning functions, building end-to-end supply chain knowledge.

 Requirements:

• BSc or MSc degree (preferably in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a  related field)
•  Experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, or Procurement is an advantage
•  Fluency in both English and Hungarian is required
•  Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, complex formulas, and data analysis)
•  Intermediate Power BI skills (dashboard creation, data modeling, and basic DAX knowledge)
•  SQL database knowledge is an advantage
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•  Ability to work with large datasets and translate data into actionable insights
