To deliver better, more creative and effective ideas and campaigns, we are launching an innovative in-house agency to support our Global and Local Asahi brands. We’re seeking an exceptional Senior Creative, Copy / Idea Maker — a conceptual thinker and master of words who will shape ideas and copy that travel across markets and cultures.
As a key member of our creative team, you’ll lead the ideation and copywriting craft for our Polish portfolio (Tyskie, Żubr, Lech) and support international brands like Asahi Super Dry and Peroni. You’ll bring bold ideas to life across film, social, digital, CRM and beyond — collaborating with Senior Creative, Design and Digital peers to raise the creative bar in everything we do.
The right candidate will have a can-do mindset, thrive on creative collaboration, and bring curiosity, strategic thinking and linguistic mastery to every brief.
Role Purpose
Lead Poland’s copy and ideation agenda end-to-end, from brief to delivery. Set the standard for copy excellence, safeguard tone of voice, and ensure every asset is on-brand, on-time and optimized for performance.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Originate platform ideas and integrated campaigns across web, CRM, social, paid media, retail, experiential and film.
- Write clear, persuasive and culturally fluent copy in Polish and English, including headlines, scripts, body copy, UX microcopy and CRM content.
- Define and evolve brand tone of voice for Polish brands, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Partner with Senior Creative, Digital on UX/UI and CRM deliverables to improve accessibility and performance.
- Adapt global ideas into Polish and craft English master copy where needed, ensuring cultural nuance and legal compliance.
- Present and defend creative rationale to senior stakeholders, incorporating feedback with clarity and confidence.
What You Bring to the Table
- 6+ years’ experience in top-tier in-house or agency environments creating integrated campaigns across social, digital and ATL.
- Portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, long/short-form craft, and platform ideas that scale.
- Native or near-native Polish and excellent English (C1+).
- Experience defining tone of voice and leading copy in multi-stakeholder organizations.
- Familiarity with data-driven content optimization and A/B testing.
- Confident presenter and collaborator.
- Experience with premium or lifestyle brands preferred.
