TACTICAL PLANNING MANAGER

Tactical Planning Manager

Grade: 17

Location: Poland Poznań/Tychy

Your responsibilities will include, among others:
• Preparing budget plans, including e.g. supply network optimisation, shift structure in production and warehouses, distribution plan and returnable packaging requirements.
• Developing mid- and long-term plans (18 months).
• Managing and motivating the team.
• Actively managing tactical plans in the areas of production, warehousing and transport, with flexible response to market changes.
• Analysing the impact of investment projects on the planned inventory level and preparing recommendations considering cost aspects.
• Close cooperation with brewery directors, supply chain directors, operations managers as well as Production, Supply Chain and Planning teams.
• Monitoring and analysing risks in the supply chain area and preparing mitigation plans.
• Creating multi-scenario plans based on various business scenarios.
• Continuous improvement of planning processes, work standards and cost optimisation.
• Communicating plans to supply chain teams in Poland and the European region, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO:
• Have a university degree (preferred: STEM or Economics).
• Have experience in the FMCG industry.
• Have at least 3 years of experience in production and logistics planning.
• Possess above-average analytical skills.
• Have very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Power BI and related tools).
• Can draw conclusions based on data.
• Are independent, effective and well-organised.
• Have experience in team management.
• Can set priorities and present data.
• Speak very good English and Polish. 
• Are able to work under time pressure.
