Your responsibilities:

Co-create and execute the Lech brand development strategy, with a strong focus on marketing projects rooted in pop culture

Develop short- and long-term brand plans in line with the company strategy

Manage marketing projects across ATL and BTL, with particular attention to innovative initiatives
-
Coordinate the work of creative, media, and event agencies to ensure consistency
-
Analyze brand performance and project outcomes, including innovations and partnerships
-
Create and implement a long-term partnership strategy to ensure Lech is present at key cultural events in Poland
-
Manage the brand budget in line with the annual plan, including new initiatives
-
Lead, develop, motivate, and inspire your team
Our expectations:

You are passionate about brand marketing and constantly seek inspiration in this area

You have at least 4 years of experience in brand marketing, including 2 years of independent brand management
-
You have a strong understanding of the Polish market and consumers’ needs and preferences
-
You’re a creative thinker with a knack for unconventional solutions

You think strategically and can take a broad perspective on brand development

You’re skilled at managing complex projects

You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with data

You are fluent in both Polish and English
