Location: Warsaw
Responsibilities
-
Co-create the strategy for a key brand within Kompania Piwowarska’s portfolio, followed by the plan and then execution

Develop new products and expand the brand portfolio based on consumer needs (from the brief or idea to the final product on the store shelf)

Collaborate and coordinate the work of creative and media agencies as well as internal partners (trade marketing, insights, sales)

Manage marketing projects across ATL and BTL activities

Analyze brand performance and evaluate the results of ongoing projects, including innovations and partnership initiatives

Manage the brand budget in line with the annual plan, taking new initiatives into account

Lead, develop, motivate, and inspire your team and those around you
Our Requirements

Passion and enthusiasm for marketing – you’re always looking for something new, fresh, and exciting
-
Minimum of 4 years of experience in brand marketing; ideally, you have already managed a brand independently

Strong understanding of consumers, markets, and categories – you’re skilled at identifying consumer needs, analyzing trends, and drawing insights
-
You follow pop culture trends and stay up to date with what’s happening in the world and online
-
You’re creative, think outside the box, and are open to unconventional solutions
-
You understand the digital world and are proficient in using digital communication tools

You think strategically and can take a broad perspective on brand development
-
You’re a team player with strong communication skills – because together we can achieve more

You’re fluent in both Polish and English

You can manage complex projects, processes, and cross-functional teams
