Join our team as a Revenue Manager and have a real impact on pricing strategy and revenue growth in one of the most dynamic organizations in the FMCG sector.
We’re looking for someone who combines strong analytical skills with a business mindset and the ability to turn data into actionable decisions.
Your main responsibilities:

Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize revenue and profitability across selected sales channels

Analyze market and competitor data, identify trends, and recommend actions to enhance our offering and strengthen competitive advantage

Plan, evaluate, and optimize promotional activities based on price elasticity and consumer preferences

Work closely with the sales team to develop optimal offers and support during commercial negotiations

Manage a team with a focus on competency development and work efficiency
-
Support and educate internal teams on profitability and revenue management
What we’re looking for:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in revenue management (preferably in the FMCG sector)

Proficiency in analytical tools and the ability to draw actionable insights from data (Excel, Power BI, TPM)

Strategic thinker who’s also comfortable diving into details

Fluent in both Polish and English (written and spoken)

Strong relationship-building, influencing, and leadership skills
-
Nice to have: experience in team management, including project teams
