Senior Insights Manager
Location: Warsaw

Your responsibilities:

  • Support key business decisions by delivering insight-driven strategic recommendations – across portfolio, category, communication, and innovation (including NPD)

  • Develop insight capabilities across the commercial division – by creating research tools, leading trainings, and implementing knowledge platforms

  • Communicate findings and research results in a concise and educational format

  • Manage your team and collaborate with external partners

  • Coordinate and execute research projects, including overseeing and optimizing budgets

  • Work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously (marketing, innovation, media, trade marketing, finance)

  • Participate in strategic planning and support related initiatives

 

Our expectations:

  • You have at least 8 years of experience in market research, consulting, marketing, or insights – on both client and agency sides

  • You are highly proficient in both qualitative and quantitative research, including tracking studies

  • You have experience managing a team and leading complex research and strategic projects

  • You are familiar with the FMCG environment – regardless of the specific industry, you’ve worked in it practically

  • You know research tools and methodologies; experience with Nielsen data is a plus

  • You are a communicative and assertive person who can persuade, but also constructively challenge when needed

  • You have a business-oriented mindset – data is not just numbers for you, but actionable directions and decisions

  • You are fluent in Polish & English – both spoken and written, comfortable in meetings, analyses, and presentations

  • You manage tasks well and know how to prioritize what matters most
