PLANT OPERATIONS PERFORMANCE MANAGER PILSEN

We are looking for an Operations Performance Manager to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across our Pilsen plant, covering both Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
This is a plant-based role in Pilsen, ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the operation and understanding how things work in practice. You will use your technical knowledge, analytical thinking and Lean expertise to identify savings, eliminate waste and simplify processes.
You will lead the implementation of the Asahi Way Management System, drive performance improvement and work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Business Systems, Digital and IT teams.
Your main contact will be me, Recruiter Kety. During the recruitment process, you'll meet with Václav Šimek (Brewery Director) and Václav Švorc (Operation Performance Manager CZ&SK). We are looking forward to getting to know you!
What will you be working on?

Drive Lean Management and continuous improvement across the plant.

Identify opportunities to reduce costs, eliminate waste and simplify work and processes.

Drives understanding of how to use Asahi Way to deliver results at all departments.

Analyse production performance and data to identify improvement opportunities and deliver measurable results.

Improve production processes, equipment utilisation and cooperation with Maintenance.

Drive practical Lean initiatives such as 5S, visual management, standardisation and waste reduction.

Coordinate KPIs, performance management and digital tools supporting operational performance.

Support the digitalisation and simplification of operational processes.

Promote best practices and structured problem solving across Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
What do we need from you?

University degree in a technical field.
-
Practical understanding of machines, production processes and maintenance.

Experience with Lean Management / Continuous Improvement.

Strong analytical and numerical skills — you enjoy working with data and calculating the impact of improvements.

Very good written and verbal presentation skills.

Knowledge of Lean tools such as 5S, standardisation, visual management and problem solving.

Fluent English and native Czech/Slovak.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Willingness and ability to work regularly on-site in Pilsen.
You will be successful if you are hands-on, analytical and curious, enjoy understanding how things really work, challenge the status quo and turn ideas into practical improvements and measurable savings.
