HEALTH & SAFETY MANAGER CZ&SK
We’re looking for an experienced Health & Safety leader who will take care of Health, Safety, Environment, Fire Protection and Security across all our sites and operations in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany and Austria.
This is a locally based role with active involvement in regional topics and projects. You’ll report directly to the Technical Director and work closely with brewery leadership, warehouse management, other functions, HR team and key stakeholders across the business.
The role at a glance
You will own the EHS, Fire Protection and Security agenda end-to-end, making sure our business operates safely, responsibly and in line with legislation and internal standards while continuously raising the bar.
Where you’ll make an impact
- take full responsibility for EHS, Fire Protection and Security
- Ensure compliance with local legislation and alignment with regional frameworks
- Drive safety culture, safety/ wellbeing and fire safety training across sites
- Act as a trusted partner to brewery/supply chain and company
- Leadership, with a strong on-site presence
- Lead audits, risk management and business continuity activities
- Oversee security, asset protection and cooperation with insurance partners
- Lead and develop the EHS & Security team
- Own EHS-related CAPEX and OPEX planning
What you bring with you
- Strong background in EHS leadership within production environments
- Experience implementing EHS and fire protection systems across multiple locations
- Solid knowledge of EHS legislation and ISO 45001 / ISO 14001
- Formal safety and fire protection certification (country-specific)
- Experience with risk management; security know-how is an advantage
- Technical education (Master’s degree preferred)
- People leadership and stakeholder management experience
- Ability to influence, communicate clearly and build credibility
- Fluent English
