INFLUENCER JUNIOR MANAGER

We're looking for an Influencer Junior Manager to join the Integrated Marketing Communications team at Plzeňský Prazdroj. 

You'll work across our brand portfolio in the Czech and Slovak markets, running influencer campaigns end-to-end: from briefing and agency coordination to performance analysis and optimization. 

This is an execution-focused role with real ownership. You'll work directly with brand teams and senior stakeholders, so you need to be organized, confident, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Supporting the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns for the CZ & SK markets. 

• Managing agencies and overseeing smooth campaign execution. 

• Integrating influencer activity with social media and ATL campaigns. 

• Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing results, and preparing reporting.  

• Tracking campaign budgets and optimizing spend based on performance. 

• Staying up to date with trends in influencer marketing, social media, and digital communication. 

• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and other partners. 

What is essential for this position? 

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on influencer marketing.  

• Experience working with influencer and social media agencies across multiple brands,with a focus on campaign coordination and execution. 

• Strong understanding of social media trends, audiences, and platform strategies.  

• Data-driven mindset with experience in KPI tracking and campaign performance analysis. 

• Entrepreneurial, self-starting attitude with strong ownership, drive, and independence.  

• Confidence to challenge stakeholders, lead discussions, and influence senior partners through strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 

• Fluency in English and Czech or Slovak.
