LOCAL HEAD OF STRATEGY PLANNING & INSIGHTS CZ&SK

We’re looking for a Local Head of Strategy Planning & Insights who will help steer our business into the future, not by running reports, but by challenging thinking, shaping strategy, and developing the next generation of strategic talent.

    • regulatory changes
    • shifts in consumer behaviour

• Translate foresight into proactive strategic actions for the market.

Lead Strategy Planning & Insights for the market

• Guide the SP&I function to deliver robust, consistent, data‑driven knowledge that drives business decisions.
• Lead the 3‑Year Mid‑Term Plan, coordinating across functions and with Group SP&I.
• Elevate insight excellence by implementing best‑practice methodologies, processes, and tools.

Fuel commercial success with insights

• Ensure insights drive brand, channel, and business planning
• Lead the local research agenda, maximizing synergies with regional plans.
• Optimize resource allocation using clear strategic priorities.

Build a future‑ready SP&I function

• Develop team talent, define career paths, and embed SP&I competencies.
• Create a culture of strategic thinking, curiosity, and commercial impact.

What is necessary for this position?

• Solid academic background in business, finance, economics, math or similar
• Strong senior-level experience in commercial strategy, category development or insights - ideally within FMCG or similarly dynamic industries
• Proven experience in  leading teams and influencing top stakeholders
• A track record of shaping strategy and delivering real business impact
