As our On Trade Events & Venues Development Manager, you will lead the nationwide strategy for key venues (arenas/halls) and large-scale events across the Czechia. Your mission will be to strengthen the competitiveness of our On Trade presence while maximizing brand and commercial value through smart, well‑managed financial and non‑financial investments — from commercial terms to onsite activation and brand visibility.
What will be your daily work activities?
In this role, your everyday work will focus on developing and managing partnerships with major events and key venues:

Defining and updating the strategy for big events and high‑traffic venues, choosing the right partners and priorities.

Evaluating where to invest — using clear criteria for commercial and brand value.

Negotiating partnership conditions with arenas, promoters, and event organizers.

Managing partner relationships, monitoring results, and identifying new opportunities.

Coordinating brand activation and onsite experience together with Marketing and agencies.

Measuring the success of partnerships and recommending improvements.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, PR, Revenue Management, and Legal to ensure smooth execution.
What would I need to find in your CV?

5–8 years of experience in Sales/Key Accounts, commercial partnerships, event/venue management, or trade marketing (FMCG/HoReCa is a plus).

Strong negotiation skills and experience with complex, multi‑stakeholder partnerships.

Ability to build business cases and manage investment logic (ROI thinking).

Practical experience executing brand activations and collaborating with marketing/creative agencies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders.

Fluent Czech/Slovak, and English (B2) for corporate communication and partner collaboration.
