As our On Trade Market Development & Strategic Partnership Manager, you’ll drive market development and build strategic partnerships within your assigned region. You will focus on three core areas: 

  • Market and trend monitoring & expansion – identifying new concepts, premium experiences, fine dining, food & drinks innovations, and potential expansion of foreign on‑trade chains. 

  • Trade thought leadership – increasing Prazdroj’s expert visibility in the HORECA environment and shaping the future of the category including represent us at conferences. 

  • Collaboration with the “new generation” of customers – leveraging AI, data, and modern partnership models, with a special focus on visionary partners open to testing innovations. 

You will work cross‑functionally with internal teams and external partners to turn opportunities into real business and translate insights into concrete executions. 

 

What will be your daily work activities? 

  • Scouting and evaluating trends in beer and broader food & beverage categories in CZ and abroad. 

  • Monitoring expansion opportunities of foreign on‑trade concepts into the Czech market. 

  • Translating insights into actionable recommendations for cooperation. 

  • Preparing and sharing regular trend reports & ad‑hoc insights. 

  • Identifying and leading pilot projects with visionary partners. 

  • Designing consumer‑experience concepts, loyalty programs, premium experience projects, and data/AI‑driven initiatives. 

  • Co‑creating and delivering a plan for expert presence at conferences, panels, and industry events. 

  • Preparing expert content with Marketing/PR for Prazdroj’s professional visibility. 

  • Leading cross‑functional initiatives in the region and coordinating key stakeholders. 

  • Setting success metrics, evaluating performance, and scaling successful initiatives. 

  • Sharing results with leadership and the Key Accounts team. 

 

What would I need to find in your CV?   

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales / Key Accounts / Business Development / Trade Marketing or Commercial Partnerships (FMCG or HoReCa is a plus). 

  • Ability to combine strategy and execution, including project management across teams. 

  • Strong analytical thinking and experience transforming insights into actions. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (internally & externally). 

  • Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and negotiate. 

  • Fluent Czech/Slovak, and English (B2) for corporate environment and external partners.

  • Experience working with data & business cases. 

  • Understanding of the On Trade market, gastronomy concepts, premium experiences, or consumer behaviour.
