What will you be working on?
As a Strategic Planning and Projects Manager, you will play a key role in helping our business understand market dynamics, identify growth opportunities, and translate insights into strategic actions.

Lead market, category, and competitor analyses to support strategic decision-making and long-term business planning.

Support the annual 3-Year Planning (MTP) and 1-Year Integrated Annual Planning (IAP) processes.

Model market development scenarios and provide fact-based recommendations for future business growth.

Coordinate planning activities and align key stakeholders across commercial functions.

Lead selected strategic projects, ensuring clear objectives, efficient resource allocation, and successful delivery.

Take ownership of market size and market share estimation, monitoring trends across channels and categories.

Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across local and international teams within the Asahi Europe International network.

Support innovation projects by providing market sizing, business case development, and strategic recommendations.

Develop and implement market modelling methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Act as a Subject Matter Expert for strategic commercial projects, bringing analytical expertise and actionable insights.
What should we find in your resume?

Master's degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, market intelligence, or management consulting.

At least 2 years of project management experience, ideally involving complex strategic initiatives.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into clear business recommendations.

Experience with forecasting, market analysis, and scenario modelling.

Good understanding of commercial functions and FMCG business processes.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leadership.

Advanced English proficiency.
