Your place in the team – what will you be working on?
As a Talent & Development Manager for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, you will:
- Design, co-create, and deliver development and learning programs tailored to the needs of our people and business priorities.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to identify and develop talent across functions.
- Lead a small but impactful team of two specialists (CZ + SK).
- Coordinate and implement the annual talent review process, including succession planning, talent mapping, and development plans.
- Ensure alignment of local L&D initiatives with our regional framework.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement using data and feedback.
- Manage external training providers and the L&D budget.
- Facilitate workshops and support learning through various formats (in-person, digital, hybrid).
What would we love to see in your experience?
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree – ideally in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- You bring 5–7 years of experience in Talent Management and Learning & Development.
- You’ve led or mentored a team and feel confident in people leadership.
- You understand talent cycles and have hands-on experience with talent reviews, succession planning, or development journeys.
- You're fluent in English and comfortable presenting to various stakeholders.
- You're confident using digital learning tools, and ideally have worked with an LMS.
