Expected start date is April, or as agreed, the first interviews are planned for February.

 

What You Will Do 

  • Lead and develop a large logistics team (around 130 people direct/indirect) with full ownership of warehouse operations 

  • Drive performance, efficiency and operational excellence across domestic and export flows 

  • Manage the annual department budget and key KPIs 

  • Ensure accurate inventory management and SOX compliance 

  • Oversee material handling equipment and modern warehousing technologies 

  • Lead and participate in investment projects and process improvements. 

  • Collaborate closely with Production, Planning and Distribution to keep the brewery running smoothly 

  • Be responsible for the operation of an automated warehouse as well 

  • Secure safe, compliant and reliable warehouse operations every day 

 

You can’t do it without (Must-have): 

  • University degree. 

  • 5+ years' experience leading teams in logistics, warehouse or FMCG operations. 

  • Strong understanding of logistics processes and warehouse management 

  • Advanced English – spoken, written and the local language

  • Experience with investment/CAPEX projects 

  • Analytical mindset, resilience and great people leadership skills 

  • Experience with SAP and willingness to work with modern warehouse tech 

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills 

 

Nice-to-have 

  • FMCG or manufacturing background 

  • Experience with large investment projects 

  • Knowledge of current warehousing trends and automation 

  • Strong Operational Excellence capabilities
