DEMAND & DEVELOPMENT PLANNING SPECIALIST
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytically minded individual to join our Demand Planning team as a Demand Planning Development Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, is proficient in advanced Excel functions, and is capable of making quick and independent decisions. You will play a critical role in the creation of accurate sales forecasts and in ensuring the smooth operation of the supply chain.

What will you be responsible for?
- Creating accurate short- and long-term sales forecasts for the Czech market
- Analyzing sales and marketing data, including evaluation of promotional activities
- Maintaining and updating planning tools and databases (CZ & SK)
- Working with SQL databases, reporting tools, and expiration monitoring systems
- Reporting KPIs and maintaining internal master data for planning purposes
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Production, and Supply Chain
- Participating in projects and process improvement initiatives within demand planning
What is essential for this position?
- University degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, and large data handling
- Experience in reporting and data visualization
- Analytical thinking and independent decision-making based on data
- Stress resilience and ability to handle ad hoc requests and fast decision-making
- Intermediate English proficiency – ability to work with documentation and tools in English

- MS SQL proficiency – ability to edit and work with database queries
- Knowledge of Power Query , Excel macros or PoweBi
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Familiarity with supply chain planning processes

Type of contract: Fixed-term: Maternity cover position
