FOOD & BEVERAGES MANAGER - CRAFT & HERITAGE (NA SPILCE & SECESE)
Do you want to be behind the operations of one of the most iconic restaurants in the Czechia? Would you like to develop catering services and co-create memorable experiences representing the Pilsner Urquell brand?
Join our Craft & Heritage team and take full responsibility for Na Spilce restaurant, Secese conference centre, and the further development of catering activities within Prazdroj.

What will you be working on?
In this role, you will take ownership of both operational excellence and business growth across our gastronomy and event services:

Leading the operations of Na Spilce restaurant and Secese conference centre.

Driving the development of catering services and identifying new business opportunities.

Preparing and executing event, commercial, and operational plans.

Being accountable for financial performance (P&L, budgets, forecasts, KPIs).

Leading, developing, and motivating a large team of employees and external staff.

Collaborating across departments – Marketing, Sales, Finance, HR, and external partners.

Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Ensuring high service quality, safety standards, and compliance with internal guidelines.
What would I need to find in your resume?
We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong business mindset and passion for hospitality:

At least 5 years of experience managing a restaurant, hotel, conference centre, or a network of venues.

Strong understanding of hospitality operations and commercial management.

Proven ability to manage financial performance and work with P&L.

Experience in leading larger teams with natural leadership skills.

Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken).

A structured, independent personality able to make decisions in a dynamic environment.
