We are looking for an experienced maintenance leader with technical expertise and strong leadership skills. What will you be responsible for? 

• Managing maintenance planning for packaging lines and supply chain operations 

• Improving machine efficiency through predictive maintenance (CBM, SAP PM) 

• Leading maintenance team (60 people in total) + managing external suppliers

• Driving investment projects in automation and process optimization 
• Managing the maintenance budget and optimizing resources 

Must-Have Requirements:  

• Technical university degree  
• 3+ years of experience in maintenance and leadership roles 
• Advanced English proficiency 
• Ability to define processes and seek more efficient solutions 
• Strong communication and team motivation skills 

Nice-to-Have Requirements: 

• Experience with SAP PM, CBM, or other digital tools 
• Knowledge of ISO, OHS, and EMS processes 
• Background in automation and digitalization
