Your responsibilities

Acting as a digital center of excellence for our brand teams, consulting on the optimal use of digital channels including paid media, social media, influencer marketing, web, and emerging platforms.

Helping brand teams translate brand objectives into comprehensive 360° digital briefs in cooperation with media, creative, and in-house agency partners.

Leading capability building across the organization, developing knowledge and tools in cooperation with internal and external partners.

Driving data-informed marketing by integrating analytics, KPIs, and digital funnel tracking into campaign planning and reporting.

Overseeing the coordination of web assets (microsites, landing pages, competitions, etc.), ensuring functionality, UX, timelines, and compliance with GDPR/legal requirements.

Managing digital activations and consumer engagement tools such as competitions, QR codes, or interactive formats — including backend and technical setup.

Serving as the OneCMS system gatekeeper for CZ/SK, coordinating governance, requirements, and communication with stakeholders.

Acting as a strategic partner to the ComEx team in shaping long-term digital vision and infrastructure, including dark market readiness.

Supporting the adoption of new tools and methodologies (social listening, AI integration, share of voice tracking) across the company.
Qualifications
-
3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, strategy, or digital consulting.

Proven track record of successful development and execution of digital campaigns.

Fluent English (written & spoken); Czech or Slovak is a strong advantage.

Strong analytical skills, able to interpret data and drive insights.

Creative and strategic thinker with strong communication and presentation skills.

University degree in a relevant field.

Class B Driver’s License
Nice to have:

Previous experience driving innovation and with digital marketing in an FMCG or similar company.

Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
